THE R.K. LAROS FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE
as part of our 70th Anniversary Year

Bethlehem, Pennsylvania - R.K.Laros III, Chair and the Trustees of the Bethlehem-based R.K.Laros Foundation, established in 1952 by Laros Silk Company founder and owner R.K.Laros and his wife Helen, announces a name change. The name change comes during the Foundation’s 70th anniversary year and recognizes the significant contributions of Helen Laros to the development of the foundation and its philanthropic mission in the community.
The Foundation’s name effective 3.31.22 is

The Helen & R.K. Laros Foundation provides grant support with a focus on enduring capital projects with significant community impact in the Bethlehem Area. Since 1952 the foundation has supported 150 nonprofit organizations, primarily in Bethlehem Pennsylvania distributing $8.5 million in support.
